Playing with polys

ok i started with a basic box shape and deleted one half to apply a Symmetry Modifier to speed up the modelling prosess.
Next i added the body ,using the custom bone tool and the Skin modifer to move the body into a more snake coil stance to get it as close to the concept as possible.I wanted the polygon count as low as possible to test how it would look in a gaming Enviroment.
Once i'd finally finished the UV mapping the model was exported to Mudbox for Higher detail modelling and applying textures.Once the high poly model was finished the normal map was baked from it and then applied to the lower polygon model. The model isn't finished yet i could maybe make the head smaller to match the concept better but think i'll leave it as it is for now.
